Product Availability
About half of the products on the site are available for dispatch on the same or next day.
If an items is not available from stock in our warehouse we will try to get it from one of our suppliers in which case it will normally be dispatched within 5 days.
If an item is not available from any of our suppliers we will contact you and let you know when we expect to be able to dispatch it to you. You can cancel your order at any time if you find another supplier who has the item in stock and we will refund the full amount including any delivery charge you paid for that item.
